Membership Details

What are the membership levels?

 

 

There are three levels:

​

Clinical Membership – a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

​

Pre-Licensed Membership – an LMFT registered associate or student enrolled in a degree program leading toward MFT licensure.

​

Affiliate Membership – a licensed professional or student in a related field (not working towards or holding an LMFT license).

 

 

What does membership cost? How do I pay?

 

 

Annual dues for membership are $75 for Clinical Membership, $40 for Pre-Licensed Membership, and $75 for Affiliate Membership.

Once you are a member, you will have access to your personal profile page and all the member pages on the website. Your membership will auto renew, unless you specify otherwise. You will need to "opt out" of auto renew if you do not want this.

 

 

Do I have to be a member of the state CAMFT to be a member of SFCAMFT?

Yes, the statewide organization (CAMFT) requires current CAMFT membership as a prerequisite for local chapter membership for all levels.
